In this Booklet we present a reflection and\noperational proposals to inform and enhance the role of the cooperative system\nin international cooperation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenge of Italy’s international cooperation is\nto build an effective system that coordinates the different actors to achieve\nshared goals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Innovation\nconcerns the involvement of entities that in the past had a marginal role:\namong these, cooperatives can be the bearers of a new proposal for\nparticipation and innovation of the productive system in the cooperating\ncountries that Italian cooperation has indicated as priorities. Starting again\nfrom the territories and from the rich experiences that have historically\nworked. Propose territorial partnerships as a new way of doing cooperation. In\nfact, territorial cooperation wants to represent a renewed way of conceiving\ninternational solidarity and equitable and sustainable development among\npeoples, based on participation, on the promotion of human rights and\nfundamental freedoms, on strengthening the capacities and powers of\ndecentralized actors and in particular the most disadvantaged social groups.\nStarting points are the territory and the commitment of solidarity of citizens,\npublic administration, NGOs, local associations and groups, trade unions,\ncooperatives, businesses, training institutions, etc. All the actors involved\nare given equal dignity and responsibility, aiming to achieve shared\nobjectives: reducing the phenomena that produce marginalization and poverty,\npromoting the extension of human rights to groups that are excluded and\nresponsibility in behavior and personal choices community (respect for the\nenvironment, cultural diversity, awareness of belonging to global processes).\nIn territorial cooperation the different actors involved share a framework\nagreement between two defined territorial areas that correspond to levels of\npolitical-administrative decentralization of the state. In other words, it is a\nquestion of agreeing framework agreements between partner territories\n(inter-territorial pacts) in which all the subjects of the territories involved\nare called to design and carry out interventions in synergy with each other. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":10725,"template":"","class_list":["post-10751","quaderno","type-quaderno","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\nInternational cooperation and territorial partnerships.
